We've owned our home for 9 years and had never cleaned the exterior siding. I had a very tight timeline to get the front of my home pressure washed in time for painting before the winter. Just Clean not only worked within my tight timeline, they did a fantastic job. Even my painter commented on how nice of a job they did and how much easier it made his preparations. My home faces north, which requires a lot of TLC and Just Clean did a great job. Had the front not already need to be painted, the pressure washing would have made it look like new.

Great service, great price, and great communication. They were willing to match a quote from a competitor and we are glad we chose them. They were within their timeframe for showing up. I've been around long enough to reach the point where I get discounts because of my age, and it's not too often that I eagerly provide a testimonial about a service that I've received.  Moreover,  I've probably provided a lot more negative testimonials than I have positives.  Frankly, I know that's the case. 

However, in this case, I received 5-Star service.  A part of my house was long overdue for a washing, and I finally got to it.  I wasn't around when Bob did the work, but when I returned home I was quite surprised.  First, my house looked really clean as I approached it.  That sense of cleanliness was confirmed when I inspected it.  Bob also did more work than he got paid for.  It looks like to me that he actually did some cleaning on the backside of my house that wasn't contracted for and he definitely cleaned my porch and walk-up sidewalk, which he also was not obligated to do.

You just don't get that kind of extra service too often today.  So, when you do, you ought to shout it out.

I had mold and years of dust build-up on my two story, white vinyl sided house. My friend had most of her mobile home covered in mold. I wish I had thought to get some before pictures to make a before/after comparison. I had an excellent experience working with Bob (owner) and Jason (technician). Jason arrived at the appointed time and asked if I had any areas of concern before he washed my home. Bob also stopped by to ask if everything was going okay and if I had any other concerns. When he finished washing my house, Jason walked the perimeter with me. He noticed a couple of drip areas he went back and cleaned. Jason then did an amazing job of washing my friend's mobile home. I can see clearly now the tree debris is gone! I hired Just Clean to remove tree debris that was caked on my gutters and roof. They also took on the monumental of cleaning my sunroom with a glass roof when a local company would not even call me back. I really liked getting my quote electronically. Bob, Jason just completed our whole-house pressure wash...WOW, we're MOST satisfied!  

Jason talked to me upon arrival and asked if there were any specific areas that needed to be addressed.  I noted the north side of our house that had considerable mold.  He said he would start there to give it a chance to soak in.  When washing the front-entry porch, I asked about doing the inside of the painted pillars.  He said he'd get to that at the end with a less strong nozzle and pointed out other sections that he would address.  When he was finished, Jason and I walked the perimeter of the house and he noted a number of particular spots that he worked on...especially the guttering.  I was most impressed with Jason's 'attention to detail' and professionalism!

Mary Kay and I walked around the house and noted the 'sparkle' ... most particularly were 'blackened' trim areas we thought we'd have to sand and paint under the peaked roof line in the front of the house and also over the garage--that were now pure white, and again, the resulting brightness of our gutters was impressive.

We are extremely pleased with the service received. The back of our home faces North, so like moss on trees it accumulated on the siding, wood deck and concrete pad. The technicians took their time to thoroughly clean the siding and deck. They also cleaned the outside of the guttering and flushed the debris from inside of the guttering. They had a neat machine that looked like a lawn mower in that water nozzles spun under a housing that blasted away the dirt grime mold and stains on the concrete. The cleaning solution plus heated water really made all things shine. We highly recommend this company and its services.
